Like I Care!

Like I care if you still love me
you walked away from me when I needed you the most
Now you want to try our love again

Like I care
It don't work that way
I don't care no more
I can't even look at you
I don't see the point of talking to you
you broke my heart one two many times

I should have been strong
and seen through your lies
But my eyes were blind
and you took me for granted

Like I care if your heart hurts
well tough deal with it
and you don't deserve a second chance
that's just how life is
when you hurt the one you love

Like I care if you are lonely
who cares....get used to it
Now you want my attention
but you aren't worth my time
or presence

Like I care if you are sorry
ha those are words spoken to late
that don't mean a damn thing
if you are asking me!!
Looks like you are asking the wrong women
because truthfully
I don't care!

Just Another Day

~Another Day~
I layed down
By myself and I cry
as the tears are falling
I pray for the sun
to rise.

~Another day~
With out you is hard,
the nights seem longer
and the silence is more
than I can bare.

~ Another day~
with out you
is
just a day
full of pain,
broken promise's
and broken dreams

Nothing to look forward too
Just more hurt
to overcome.

I Live to fight another day
To wake to find you gone
To live my life with out you
is just another day

Broken once Again

It took so long and a miracle to get over you
I cried a river of tears
the pain was so bad it almost killed me
But I found a way to live without you
But after we parted I found
you almost made me hate all men
I found myself watching every step I took
I looked over my shoulder at every mile
I took my sweet time with the next man
made him go through so much more than you did
before I made my final choice to let him in
I vowed to myself I would never let anyone hurt me again
I would be stronger and smarter the next time
I would be able to learn from my mistakes

But in my moment of weakness
I let you back in my life
and soon you were walking all over me
taking advantage of me
making me feel second best
telling me lies
making me cry
Broken once again I realized,

It's gonna take so long and another miracle to get over you
Here I go crying another river of tears
the pain is so bad it's almost killing me
I have to find another way to live without you
after we parted I found
I hate you not all men
with every step I take
with every mile I go down
I'll take my sweet time with the next man
make him go through so much more than you did
before I make my final choice to let him in
I vow to myself I will never let anyone hurt me again
I will be stronger and smarter the next time
as I walk away I learned you have to learn
from your mistakes .
